Adult ADHD Assessments & Support

This service is intended for local adults experiencing ADHD symptoms. It also supports young people transitioning from children’s ADHD services to adult care.
 

Due to the way our service is commissioned, the wait time for our service varies depending on your location. 

For Warrington patients,  our estimated wait time from referral to assessment is around 24 months, and from assessment to medication initiation is 15-18 months.

For all other patients, our wait time from referral to assessment is 4-6 weeks, and from assessment to medication initiation is 14-18 weeks.  

Referrals must come from your GP or another existing healthcare provider. The service accepts referrals both for newly suspected ADHD and for previously diagnosed individuals.
